The idea was to scan the users Spotify listening history, identify which genres they like the most, and then direct them towards a long-form article on how LGBTQ+ artists have influence larger trends over the years. Plus a customised playlist of LGBTQ+ artists to match.

The core visual idea was to take basic flag elements (Stars, circles, stripes, etc) and remix them into fun new patterns as a sort of reverse-homage to the underground LGBTQ+ influences of mainstream culture. I intentionally avoided using the rainbow flag directly so as to not make it so cliche and help make it stand out amongst other Pride Month content.

This branded web experience that was first offered to Pepsi around Pride Month which got some interest but ultimately went nowhere. Such is life.
